Responsibilities
- Familiarize with industry codes and best practices.
- Develop critical thinking skills.
- Work on various areas of the refinery to understand plant operations.
- Manage project scopes, estimates, and schedules as a project manager.
- Support Maintenance Department through design and development of equipment improvements.
- Conduct root cause failure analysis and optimize maintenance programs.
- Present findings and knowledge in a professional work environment.
Job Requirements
- Major in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong academic performance.
- Authorization to work in the US without employment visa sponsorship.
- Availability for multiple work terms preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Concurrent enrollment in a degree-seeking program.
- Military experience is a plus.
