Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge thermal management products tailored to customer needs.
- Lead projects from conception through production, including ideation, research, and testing.
- Conduct analytical calculations and computational simulations (CFD and FEA).
- Build and test prototypes in a laboratory setting.
- Interface directly with customers to understand their requirements.
- Write proposals for new ideas and technologies.
- Utilize advanced techniques in thermal management, including microchannel cooling and membrane-enhanced cooling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME or MSME).
- US Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
- Minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Hands-on laboratory testing experience.
- Solid understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience with data acquisition systems, preferably LabVIEW.
- Familiarity with CFD/FEA modeling tools such as ANSYS or FLUENT is a plus.
