Responsibilities
- Design bench-scale and pilot-scale reactor systems.
- Utilize mechanical skills for the design and fabrication of laboratory apparatus.
- Conduct hands-on work in a chemical laboratory setting.
- Apply chemical characterization techniques including gas chromatography and spectroscopy.
- Engage in PLC and LabView programming, and electronic systems assembly.
- Participate in experimental design and instrumentation tasks.
- Rotate on product development teams for new chemical-related HVAC/R products.
Job Requirements
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
- Work experience of 0 - 5 years.
- U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions.
- GPA greater than 3.3 at all degree levels.
- Experience in a hands-on laboratory environment.
- Mechanical aptitude for fabricating custom laboratory apparatus.
