Responsibilities
- Design custom power electronics hardware for the Linear Generator.
- Bring-up, validate, and qualify power electronics designs.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware issues in various environments.
- Collaborate with production introduction teams and suppliers for design improvements.
- Partner with reliability engineers to enhance hardware reliability.
- Serve as an expert on the hardware systems owned.
- Communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- 8 years of experience in developing power electronics technologies.
- Strong electronics design fundamentals and circuit board design experience.
- Familiarity with schematic capture and power converter circuit modeling tools.
- Knowledge of power electronics control theory.
- Proficiency with electrical engineering tools.
- A passion for hands-on hardware development and collaboration.
