Responsibilities
- Develop and capture process equipment requirements and conduct PFMEA.
- Analyze production data for process capability of test operations.
- Manage component selection, BOM generation, and procurement processes.
- Create mechanical integration 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for fabrication.
- Generate equipment documentation including test plans and maintenance manuals.
- Train and hand-off processes to Operations production staff.
- Participate in Failure Root Cause and Corrective Action Analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Masters in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial).
- 1+ years of experience in launching and ramping production.
- Familiarity with high volume manufacturing and industrial practices.
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, C++, MATLAB).
- Hands-on mechanical or electrical engineering skills.
- Proficient in product data management and CAD design/drafting software (ideally Solidworks).
