Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement quality control plans.
- Lead and manage manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
- Specify and procure manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing department.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- 0-3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma training.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
