The Head of Manufacturing at Lumafield will develop and execute the manufacturing roadmap, focusing on scaling production and leading a multidisciplinary team. This role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and fostering a culture of accountability and quality.

• Develop and execute the manufacturing roadmap to support revenue growth.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of accountability and quality.
• Track and report key production metrics to company leadership.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams for design-for-manufacturability.
• Manage supplier relationships and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
• Oversee the manufacturing budget, including planning for headcount and capital purchases.
• Plan for future growth and scaling of production capacity.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing and operations with leadership roles.
• Proven experience in scaling manufacturing teams and processes in a startup environment.
• Strategic and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to hire and lead exceptional talent.
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems or regulated industries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
• Bonus: Experience with electromechanical products and lean manufacturing principles.
