Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional vehicle product development process from conceptual design to market introduction.
- Drive accurate capture of product targets and align long-term product plans with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Manage technical product descriptions and ensure timely development and integration of features.
- Oversee vehicle financial activities, including budgets and resource allocation.
- Align build configurations and review vehicle test plans for production readiness.
- Evaluate design decisions to prevent gaps in program schedule, budget, and scope.
- Report program performance measurements to the Executive team weekly.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical leadership, system engineering, or technical program management.
- 10+ years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience leading a whole vehicle program from concept to launch.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in automotive hardware development, including integration and validation.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and project management principles.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
