Responsibilities
- Lead execution of NPI and Mass Production builds of PCBAs at Tier 1 CMs.
- Collaborate with engineering to manage design changes and supply plans.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align PCBA portfolio with business objectives.
- Evaluate geopolitical risks affecting PCBA supply continuity.
- Provide insights into global regulatory environments impacting sourcing strategies.
- Formulate strategic recommendations for PCBA sourcing decisions.
- Develop comprehensive commodity summaries for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, supply chain, or finance discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Proven problem-solving and complex analysis skills.
- Strong visual presentation and communication skills.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel required.
