Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of NPI and Mass Production builds of PCBAs at Tier 1 CMs.
- Collaborate with engineering to manage design changes and implement ECOs.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align PCBA portfolio with business objectives.
- Evaluate geopolitical risks impacting PCBA supply continuity.
- Provide insights into global regulatory environments affecting sourcing strategies.
- Formulate strategic recommendations for best-in-class PCBA sourcing decisions.
- Utilize data analytics to extract insights related to PCBA sourcing and supply.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical, supply chain, or finance discipline (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 8 years of Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering experience.
- Proven experience in problem solving, complex analysis, and data analytics.
- Strong visual presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Product launch experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
