Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential suppliers.
- Create sourcing strategies balancing cost, quality, lead time, and technical considerations.
- Negotiate contracts including parts pricing and tooling costs.
- Analyze trends in the autonomous driving industry for product development.
- Engage with Engineering, Finance, and Marketing to influence commodity direction.
- Manage projects from sourcing to production for vehicle programs.
- Maintain supplier relationships and handle commercial issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Engineering in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Autonomous Driving/ADAS technologies preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous work environments.
- Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, and ERP systems.
