Responsibilities
- Contribute to DFM for Powertrain products.
- Participate in process optimization during product design and equipment engineering.
- Engage in simultaneous engineering for Powertrain line design and conduct equipment design reviews.
- Assess CAPEX and OPEX impacts for proposed product designs.
- Lead technical efforts in complex process development.
- Manage safety, quality, throughput, cost, and personnel for maximum value.
- Prepare for station readiness for Powertrain line launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Powertrain DFM and Process Engineering.
- Experience in DFM and process for E-Motor, Pack, Module, etc.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia.
- Knowledge of Process Simulate is an asset.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (40%).
