Responsibilities
- Own one or more technical projects related to interior components.
- Apply data-driven decision making and teamwork to solve complex problems.
- Support other engineers with data collection, analysis, and design.
- Engage in hands-on prototyping and physical part testing.
- Assist with supporting duties such as BOM and change management.
- Absorb learning opportunities and grow skills within the team.
- Help root cause physical issues and design solutions using Catia 3DX.
Job Requirements
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes for plastic and metal parts.
- A mechanically oriented mindset with a focus on design and functionality.
- Hands-on experience in making parts or related activities.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in relevant fields.
- Design experience in CAD and familiarity with manufacturing methods.
- Related work experience in a previous engineering internship is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
