Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing and synthesizing replacement and refurb data to determine wear out metrics across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with the Quality Team to develop and maintain supplier and field quality data for key investigations.
- Support the qualification of new parts and processes as part of NPI projects.
- Learn various test methods to help diagnose failure modes of the robot's critical control systems.
- Document triage procedures for diagnostic testing and failure analysis.
- Analyze diagnostic failure data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to additional Quality Team initiatives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite during the internship period.
- Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Systems, or a related engineering field.
- Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in quality systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated business acumen and adaptability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
