Responsibilities
- Perform test planning including specification and test plan review.
- Create, review, and release test procedures and FFMEA.
- Assess electrical and mechanical ground processing equipment to ensure readiness.
- Lead work group meetings and support test readiness reviews.
- Oversee electrical test activities of Solar Arrays and Mechanism products.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary resources for testing.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose test anomalies and perform post-test closeouts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Broad knowledge of test engineering principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be a US citizen due to facility access requirements.
- Ability to work onsite full-time.
