Responsibilities
- Apply quality principles to design, production control, and product evaluation.
- Perform technical evaluations of product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with teams on quality-related issues.
- Engage in product failure investigations and corrective actions.
- Develop strategies to improve internal and supplier performance.
- Design and analyze inspection and testing processes.
- Conduct statistical analysis on product quality.
Job Requirements
- STEM bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of CMM programming experience.
- At least 2 years of Quality Engineering experience in mechanical parts.
- Proficiency with inspection tooling and ERP databases.
- Experience in data analytics for trend reporting and improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance and must be a US Citizen.
