Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of RF systems and subsystems, including antennas, filters, amplifiers, and receivers.
- Perform RF system level analysis, including link budget analysis for antenna systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as design documents and test procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems, hardware, and network engineers.
- Participate in design reviews and technical meetings.
- Develop and execute test plans for RF systems and subsystems.
- Troubleshoot ground system integration issues focusing on RF subsystems.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of RF principles and concepts.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Secret Clearance required to start.
- Ability to travel up to 10% for site locations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous hardware and RF engineering experience.
- Experience with satellite ground systems and full system life-cycle projects.
