Responsibilities
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Integrate into the Program Quality business rhythm for DD250 processing, Corrective Action Boards, Escapes, and Constraints resolution.
- Apply Quality principles in all aspects of the production life cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive compliance and eliminate disruptions.
- Prevent and eliminate defects at suppliers and manufacturing sites.
- Focus on continuous improvement and compliance with customer requirements.
- Communicate effectively across functions, suppliers, and sites.
Job Requirements
- STEM degree at bachelor's level or higher or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Quality Management Systems (AS9100).
- Proficiency in Root Cause and Corrective Actions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to read drawing requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel.
