Responsibilities
- Drafting Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for proposals to provide accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinating with proposal teams to meet required timelines.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure estimates cover the scope of effort.
- Utilizing past actuals to predict future work and inform estimates.
- Leading technical teams and managing control accounts.
- Working independently with minimal oversight.
- Proficiently using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience working proposals and as a Control Account Manager (CAM).
- Experience on a development program as an individual contributor or lead.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Proficient use of Windchill and PTC CREO.
- Current SECRET security clearance with investigation in the past 5 years.
- U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
