Responsibilities
- Write repair and instructional procedures for production and sustainment activities.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize production processes.
- Collaborate with Logistic & Sustainment Engineering (LSE) and shop personnel to resolve issues.
- Create documentation to support the setup of Depots in foreign countries.
- Ensure products are completed to schedule and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain a Security Clearance.
- Drive sustainment activities with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline.
- Experience with Manufacturing / Assembly / Production processes.
- Proficient in CAD and MS Office tools.
- Experience with SAP.
- PAC-3 Sustainment experience preferred.
- Experience using Data Analytics for process optimization.
- Tooling experience is a plus.
