Responsibilities
- Oversee facility HVAC systems and execute preventative maintenance.
- Investigate and troubleshoot HVAC anomalies.
- Generate work authorizing documents and implement upgrades.
- Prepare and update drawings, plans, and procedures.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and improve maintenance procedures.
- Identify scope of work for mechanical designs based on customer requirements.
- Conduct detailed trend analyses to assess existing systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 1 year of combined engineering experience.
- Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI w/Poly Clearance.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, psychometrics, and fluid systems.
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation development.
