Responsibilities
- Apply Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement concepts to analyze business processes and reduce waste.
- Serve as Performance Excellence Continuous Improvement Engineer for various organizations at LM Space.
- Collaborate with Operations and Space Enterprise to define projects and drive metrics for business improvements using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze data systems to identify problems and drive improvements.
- Track project statuses and provide visibility to management.
- Mentor organizational projects by sharing continuous improvement best practices.
- Conduct project management and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in continuous improvement and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and developing business cases.
- Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like SAP, Tableau, etc.
- Black Belt training/certification in Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and prioritize assignments effectively.
