Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures.
- Support Program Management in aligning product strategy with mission roadmaps.
- Manage product improvement and optimization projects.
- Provide proposal support and inputs for alignment with product strategy.
- Act as a bridge between Program Management Office, Government Partners, and Production Operations.
- Coordinate and resolve unplanned challenges within Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to obtain US DoD TOP SECRET clearance.
- Prior project management and Control Account Management (CAM) experience is desired.
- Understanding of program lifecycle and engineering processes.
- Active DoD Secret clearance is a plus.
