Responsibilities
- Designs or works on complex product components and processes in development, quality, and manufacturing.
- Identifies and develops solutions to complex technical problems.
- Validates, tests, or accepts designs or process changes.
- Implements FDA or regulatory requirements as necessary.
- May lead project responsibilities including planning, scheduling, and cost control.
- Communicates effectively within the organization and with external contacts.
- Applies knowledge of market and competitors to inform engineering decisions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of regulatory or FDA requirements.
- Commitment to cross-departmental cooperation and continuous improvement.
- Engineering leadership experience preferred.
