Responsibilities
- Build the Local Site Sustaining Engineering function and oversee fleet reliability.
- Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and implement the operating model for multi-site, continuous operations.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain for lab consumables and reagents.
- Lead the implementation and governance of CMMS and equipment asset management.
- Drive AI integration for predictive maintenance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the engineering team across multiple shifts and sites.
Job Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience in engineering and operations, particularly in sustaining engineering or reliability engineering.
- Proven track record in fleet reliability, incident response, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in structured change control models and scaling engineering systems.
- Strong operational instincts and ability to manage day-to-day execution.
- Experience building and leading teams across multiple functions and locations.
- Comfortable in a solid-line/dotted-line accountability structure.
- Recognized authority in engineering with strong strategic and systems-level thinking.
