Responsibilities
- Perform functions in process design, fabrication, modification, and evaluation of production operations.
- Troubleshoot hardware for failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in Change Control Board, Material Review Board, and Failure Review Board activities.
- Analyze data or situations requiring sound judgment for diverse responsibilities.
- Develop manufacturing processes, process plans, and assembly instructions.
- Review detail designs for manufacturability and producibility.
- Design and support fabrication of assembly aids and tooling.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable engineering field with 5+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience with SolidWorks and/or Creo.
- Basic understanding of GD&T and drawing standards.
- Basic understanding of Circuit Card Assembly fabrication is a plus.
- Experience with Mil Spec hardware and Electro-Optical equipment assembly/testing desired.
- Lean/Six Sigma training is strongly desired.
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse team environment.
