Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Design components using various materials including metals, ceramics, and plastics.
- Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Conduct detailed analyses including structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Develop feasibility studies and test plans to validate design performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate design intent and validation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for cost-optimized solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, SolidWorks.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical presentation skills.
