Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Design components using various materials including metals, ceramics, and plastics.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI and industry standards for GD&T.
- Conduct detailed analyses such as structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Develop feasibility studies and test plans to validate design performance.
- Prepare reports and technical presentations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for high-quality, cost-optimized solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 3+ years.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, and SolidWorks.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with strong engineering skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Experience in project management and problem-solving.
