Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to mechanical engineers.
- Ensure designs comply with Lam and SEMI standards, developing new best-known methods as needed.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including US and offshore engineering teams.
- Manage resource planning and track project status.
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Collaborate with suppliers and factories to ensure manufacturability and quality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and manage risk through thorough validation execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO and Siemens NX.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry (preferred).
- Project management experience, including managing people and multiple priorities.
