Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for mechatronic products.
- Manage MBOMs and maintain reporting systems for manufacturing traceability.
- Provide feedback on manufacturability of new product designs based on engineering analyses.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives impacting quality and cost.
- Perform root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience or 2 years with a Master’s degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities in electromechanical assemblies.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and DFMA.
- Experience in Engineering Change Management Process.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
