Responsibilities
- Provide full lifecycle Project Engineering support for deployment and integration efforts.
- Lead a project team to meet customer requirements within cost and schedule commitments.
- Manage large, complex project initiatives under consultative direction.
- Communicate with leadership to influence acceptance of new practices and concepts.
- Develop new systems, concepts, or technologies.
- Manage implementation of cost, schedule, and technical aspects of engineering projects.
- Review engineering project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant experience (or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Experience in project engineering and program execution best practices.
- Management experience in multi-discipline programs across multiple locations.
- Experience with projects having budgets of $50M+.
- Familiarity with Technical Supplier Management and Risk Management.
- Leadership experience in Government Contract development programs.
- Experience with program pursuit and proposal activities.
