Responsibilities
- Determine design approaches and parameters.
- Perform system analysis to assess design feasibility within time and cost constraints.
- Utilize modeling tools and equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests.
- Select components and equipment based on specifications and reliability analysis.
- Perform simulations and present design reviews to peer engineers.
- Conduct RF/Microwave device testing and evaluation.
- Write scripts to control synthesis and build tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Familiarity with RF design and analysis tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, MATLAB).
- Knowledge of VHDL, MCM, and RF circuit analysis.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with various computing environments (LINUX/Windows).
- Understanding of circuit analysis and operational concepts.
- Experience with tools such as Code V and/or Zemax is preferred.
