Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and documentation of electrical designs.
- Ensure consistent project planning, development plans, and risk analysis.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate the electrical engineering team.
- Develop and motivate a team of Electrical Engineers through product launch.
- Define best practices and create metrics for tracking design efforts.
- Manage the commercialization of projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate on complex designs supporting research and new product development.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
- 10+ years’ experience as an Electrical Engineer.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers.
- Knowledge of schematic capture and PCB layout CAD tools.
- Familiarity with ISO, CE, and ETL standards.
- Experience with Agile product development processes.
- Proficiency in advanced scheduling tools like MS Project.
