Responsibilities
- Lead technical reviews of escalator orders to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
- Generate electrical schematics and drawings using CAD software; review junior staff work.
- Execute custom designs in hardware and software, including power calculations.
- Generate bills of materials for product development.
- Ensure compatibility of components with escalator systems and external electrical systems.
- Drive project deliverables and implement new technologies in escalator products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related work experience.
- Strong technical skills in ladder logic, C/C++, and CAD tools.
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical specifications.
- Skilled in power calculations involving AC drives and inverters.
- Proven project management and leadership abilities.
- Effective time management and coordination skills for junior staff.
