Responsibilities
- Design and validate custom PCBA electronics for autonomous vehicles.
- Perform schematic and layout design of complex analog and digital PCBs.
- Ensure risk mitigation and proper documentation of designs.
- Debug and bring-up PCBs within complex systems.
- Own the full lifecycle of PCB design, including reviews, simulations, and product release.
- Suggest improvements in test methodologies and procedures for validation.
- Drive dFMEA analysis of electrical systems and participate in cross-functional analysis.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of hardware development experience in automotive, aerospace, or related fields.
- 10+ years of experience with PCBAs and high-speed PCB design.
- Deep understanding of failure analysis and mixed analog/digital circuits.
- Experience with low-level hardware buses and high-speed communication.
- Hands-on experience with subsystem analysis and debugging.
- Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
