Responsibilities
- Support manufacturing operations, including forging cells, mechanical presses, tooling, robots, CNC machines, and PLC troubleshooting.
- Provide leadership and technical support to manufacturing staff.
- Analyze manufacturing difficulties to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve capability and reliability.
- Document manufacturing processes and setups.
- Produce accurate engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure safety compliance by following company and OSHA regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and basic programming skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD software.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and develop cross-functional relationships.
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
