Responsibilities
- Lead programs involving cutting-edge technology in optics, sensors, and image processing.
- Drive technical program development in semiconductor capital equipment.
- Manage product lifecycle from business case to design and implementation.
- Identify and manage program and technical risks, establishing mitigation plans.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience in a technical program manager role.
- Subject matter expertise in advanced sensors, optics, or sources.
- Strong technical leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to drive program schedules and manage project demands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience.
