Responsibilities
- Conduct experimental lab work to validate specifications and conceptual designs.
- Debug and fix mechanical components.
- Design or redesign mechanical components.
- Collaborate with vendors to fabricate parts to specifications.
- Apply knowledge in precision mechanical design, optical and opto-mechanical design, and mechatronics.
- Utilize understanding of heat transfer, vibrations, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
- Work as a team player in a hands-on environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Level Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BS or MS).
