Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with manufacturing teams to execute technical strategies.
- Lead execution of technical network projects and strategic planning for optimization.
- Manage cross-functional teams to meet supply chain and quality objectives.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and technical plans.
- Conduct data analysis to monitor production performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate on innovation projects related to new product line extensions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage project scopes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in R&D and manufacturing, preferably in Consumer Package Goods.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical engineering/science field.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in FDA regulated environments is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in developing and commercializing new products/technology.
