Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and apply engineering techniques for large power project designs.
- Formulate technical specifications and coordinate design efforts with project personnel.
- Prepare electrical engineering designs, including schematics and calculations.
- Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to design standards and engineering codes.
- Collaborate with a large project team to provide optimal engineering and design solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited institution and EIT license.
- At least 3 years of experience in power engineering duties.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and electrical design software tools.
- Experience in field construction or startup power plant work is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Regular attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
