Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and Field Service representatives to address dealer/customer concerns.
- Provide service-related feedback into new product development processes.
- Ensure serviceability and reliability on all components.
- Manage corrective action flows for field feedback.
- Identify and report field defects for new products.
- Communicate effectively about available corrective actions and solutions.
- Analyze hardware and firmware designs for improvements.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering program (Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical).
- Junior or senior standing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Familiarity with Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems.
- Understanding of electrical/electronic systems in heavy-duty truck applications.
