Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical/mechanical engineers and software engineers to resolve customer concerns.
- Provide service-related feedback for new product development.
- Ensure serviceability and reliability standards are met and exceeded.
- Manage corrective action flows for identified opportunities.
- Identify and report field defects for new products.
- Develop effective communication strategies for awareness of concerns and solutions.
- Analyze hardware and firmware designs and apply data analysis techniques.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program (Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical).
- Junior or senior standing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and planning skills.
- Familiarity with Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems.
- Understanding of electrical/electronic systems and software functionality in heavy-duty truck applications.
- Commitment to quality and reliability in work.
