Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to address dealer/customer concerns on vehicles in service.
- Provide service-related feedback into new product development.
- Ensure serviceability and reliability standards are met and exceeded.
- Manage corrective action flows for field feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-divisional teams for global design inputs.
- Identify, report, and manage corrective actions for new product defects.
- Develop effective communications regarding field concerns and solutions.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program (Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical preferred).
- Junior or senior standing is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Competency with standard office software.
- Familiarity with Failure Reporting and Corrective Action Systems.
- Understanding of complex electrical/electronic systems and their applications in heavy-duty trucks.
