Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical/mechanical engineers and software engineers to address dealer/customer concerns on in-service vehicles.
- Provide service-related feedback into new product development.
- Ensure serviceability and reliability standards are met and exceeded on all components.
- Manage corrective action flows for field feedback and related opportunities.
- Support global design inputs and corrective actions on existing designs.
- Identify and report field defects during new product infant care.
- Develop effective communications regarding concerns and available corrective actions.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program (Electrical, Automotive, or Mechanical).
- Junior or senior standing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative solution development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Failure Reporting And Corrective Action Systems.
- Understanding of complex designs and applications impacting electrical/electronic systems.
