Responsibilities
- Support global process improvements and production floor activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams in global operations.
- Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools for data analysis and process improvement.
- Assist in commercial production and product changes.
- Maintain process documentation and support process validations.
- Investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with product development for manufacturability and testing.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in engineering (Junior, Senior, or Graduate).
- Prior work experience in medical devices preferred.
- Knowledge of lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge desired.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
