Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate lean manufacturing principles, including team training.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production lines.
- Implement lean practices across various manufacturing processes.
- Create Value Stream Maps to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of the Floor Management Development System (FMDS).
- Conduct operational efficiency studies and plan kaizen events.
- Train and implement 5S methodology throughout manufacturing areas.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience in Continuous Improvement.
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) or lean production systems.
- Technical training experience in aerospace maintenance or manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training software.
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
