Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize capability investments for robotics and automation.
- Contribute to portfolio planning with commercial and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to scope opportunities and translate capabilities into customer value.
- Work with technical leadership to ensure investments align with platform architecture.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and validate solutions.
- Translate customer needs into clear problem statements and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- At least 15 years of total work experience in an OEM or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in robotics or automation.
- Strong technical fluency and ability to engage with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
