Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and document innovation workstreams under engineer guidance
- Test and evaluate robotic components and subsystems
- Assemble and/or refurbish prototypes for testing
- Provide feedback and analyze performance-related issues
- Support design changes using Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Analyze robotic components and design test fixtures
- Develop test metrics and conduct evaluations of new designs
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Outstanding academic record
- Experience with manufacturing methods, including machine shop equipment and 3D printing
- Project or work experience using CAD systems such as CREO
- Ability to work in a dynamic, self-motivated environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
