Responsibilities
- Maintain product documentation including system BOMS/drawings and change control.
- Participate in design for manufacturability reviews.
- Conduct manufacturing process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Generate and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures.
- Train operators and manufacturing personnel.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency through analysis of processes.
- Interface with vendors and contract manufacturers to resolve quality issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 1-7+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, depending on level.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SolidWorks Composer.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
