Responsibilities
- Provide product-level design-in/win support to customers and the internal team.
- Support Product Management with marketing communications content.
- Define and provide customer evaluation demo boards/ kits.
- Provide 3rd level support to Field Application Engineers and Regional Product Application Engineers.
- Act as Technical Customer Interface to R&D and customers.
- Test typical product behavior in an application environment.
- Provide technical product training to internal/external partners.
Job Requirements
- Significant application/product/customer knowledge in power converter design and motor drive.
- Strong social skills for customer interaction and problem solving.
- Advanced engineering/math/science capabilities.
- 20% marketing / 80% technical balance.
- Experience with power management and sensor system technologies.
- Ability to collect and provide customer feedback effectively.
- Willingness to support product management with technical knowledge.
