Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of FAEs to achieve targets
- Understand customer roadmaps and future needs
- Partner with technical marketing to shape product roadmaps
- Develop strategies to win and drive new design-ins
- Collaborate with sales leadership to grow revenue
- Foster individualized technical career development within the team
- Streamline and optimize the FAE role in sales processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor solution selling
- 5+ years of experience managing a high-performing FAE team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing change within organizations
- Ability to make data-driven decisions using key performance indicators
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time as necessary
