Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing project proposals and plans, determining timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
  • Support project engineering activities, including technical documentation, design reviews, and coordination with field teams.
  • Help manage project finances, contracts, payroll, expenses, and purchasing activities.
  • Prepare accurate project reports, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Provide field support and ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project execution and monitoring.
  • Mitigate risks and track project progress.

Job Requirements

  • Three years of industry experience in project engineering, project coordination, or related electrical trade experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft productivity apps and Bluebeam software.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Thorough understanding of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
  • Knowledge of industrial construction, particularly in water/wastewater.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively and maintain project scopes.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and career advancement.
