Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing project proposals and plans, determining timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Support project engineering activities, including technical documentation, design reviews, and coordination with field teams.
- Help manage project finances, contracts, payroll, expenses, and purchasing activities.
- Prepare accurate project reports, RFIs, and submittals.
- Provide field support and ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure project execution and monitoring.
- Mitigate risks and track project progress.
Job Requirements
- Three years of industry experience in project engineering, project coordination, or related electrical trade experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft productivity apps and Bluebeam software.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Thorough understanding of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards.
- Knowledge of industrial construction, particularly in water/wastewater.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and maintain project scopes.
- Commitment to ongoing training and career advancement.
