Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement control systems using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and other industrial automation tools.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs and develop HMI screens.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to develop integrated systems.
- Create wiring diagrams, schematics, and control panel layouts using AutoCAD or similar software.
- Commission control systems on-site and remotely.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing control systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with PLCs/microcontrollers is a bonus.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN for control panel design.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
