Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and detailed design to ensure hardware performance meets intent.
- Conduct hardware design from conceptual to detailed phases on major stage systems and propulsion components.
- Create and execute stage development and qualification test campaigns.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver a reliable flight vehicle.
- Resolve technical issues with innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion.
- Experience with cryogenic propellants and liquid rocket propulsion.
- Proficiency in fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, mechanics, and materials.
- Hands-on experience with fluid, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take project ownership and collaborate in small teams.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
